How soon will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, just enter the shipping address in addition to your credit card billing address.

What do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charge per order is $6.50 for ground shipment on qualified items within the continental United States. When you check out you will be informed of our shipping charges. We ship your orders on a carrier of our choice.  Orders to P.O. boxes, military APO, and FPO mail boxes must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.   

I need my product immediately? Will you ship it overnight?

How do I return a product?
Vitamins and Such endeavors to ensure customer satisfaction.  Call us during our normal business hours or email for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars or food products to be returned for credit.  Credit minus a 15% restocking fee will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of our receipt of the return shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product was ordered during our free shipping promotions, all returns will be charged $6.50 shipping charge in addition to the 15% restocking fee. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?
For your removal from our mailing list send an email to info@vitaminsandsuch.net. with "unsubscribe" as the subject.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express and Discover.  

Is your secure ordering really secure?
Vitamins and Such uses Authorize.Net to process orders, thereby making sure that order information will not be intercepted in transit.

How long will it take me to receive my product?
We will ship all products in stock within 24 hours of receiving your order. In case the product is out of stock, we will ship it the same day it is received by us. Standard shipping is usually 4-8 business days.  Sometimes items are on back order with manufacturers for reasons beyond our control and may take a little bit longer.
