Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax if applicable to products shipped in Texas.

How soon will I receive confirmation of my order?
When you complete your order, you will receive e-mail confirmation that we have received it.

Can I ship to a different address than my own?
Certainly on domestic orders,  if the address can be verified.  On international shipments, we only ship to the billing address or to an alternatie address registered with your bank.

What do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charge per order is a flat fee of $5.75 for ground shipment within the continental of United States, on a carrier of our choice.  

I need my product immediately? Will you ship it overnight?
Certainly. Overnight shipping is available for domestic orders.  Please call us to place your order.


How do I return a product?
At Vitamins and Such all efforts will be made to ensure customer satisfaction.  Call us during our normal business hours/ or email for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars to be returned for credit. For your convenience, we sell the bars individually so that they can be tried without buying a full box.  Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable - If the product was ordered during our free shipping promotions, all returns will be charged $5.75 shipping charge. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 15 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list.
For your removal from our mailing list send an email to mail@vitaminsandsuch.net. with "unsubscribe" as subject.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express and discover.  We will also take your check electronically.  

Is your secure ordering really secure?
Vitamins and such uses Authorize.net to process our credit cards, thereby making sure that order information will not be intercepted in transit. All major credit card companies protect cardholders against fraud, subject to $50 deductible.

How long will it take me to receive my product?
We will ship all products in stock, within 24 hours of receiving your order. In case the product is out of stock, we will ship it the same day it is received by us. Standard shipping is usually 6-10 business days.  Some items are on back order with manufacturer and for reasons beyond our control, may take a little bit longer. Unless agreed by us, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.
